How Do I Cancel a Shipment On TUNL 🤔❌
If you’ve booked a shipment by mistake, made an error or need to change details, you can cancel it directly from your TUNL dashboard - no need to contact support.
Follow the steps below to cancel your shipment quickly.
🔄 How to Cancel a Shipment
- Navigate to your Dashboard
Find the shipment you want to cancel
- Click “View”
This opens the shipment details page.
- Select the red “Cancel Shipment” button
You’ll find it at the top of the page.
Confirm the cancellation
A pop-up will appear - click “Cancel Shipment” to confirm.

💳 What If I Already Paid?
If you’ve already paid for the shipment, your refund is automatically processed as soon as you cancel
The money goes straight back to your card — no need to reach out to Support.
⚠️ Button Not Showing?
If the “Cancel Shipment” button is missing:
- Return to your Dashboard
- Refresh your browser
- Open the shipment again
- Repeat the cancellation steps
If the button still doesn’t appear, it usually means the shipment can’t be cancelled because:
- It’s no longer in pre-transit — the parcel has already been handed to the courier, so cancellation isn’t possible.
- It’s older than 30 days — shipments past 30 days cannot be cancelled, so please review and clear any unused shipments regularly.
📌 Please Note
- Cancellation is permanent
- Once cancelled, a shipment cannot be undone. If you cancel by mistake, you will need to rebook the shipment.
