Cancelling Shipments
How do I cancel a shipment?
You can now cancel a shipment booked by mistake without needing to contact support. Here is how to do it:
- Navigate to the shipment on your dashboard
- Click "details"
- Click the red "Cancel Shipment" at the top of the page
- Confirm that you would like to "Cancel Shipment" on the pop up.
Please note:
- Cancelling a shipment cannot be undone. If you cancel a shipment by mistake you will need to rebook that shipment.
- Shipments can only be cancelled if in a “pre-transit” state i.e. if they have not been handed to the courier yet.
- Shipments older than 30 days cannot be cancelled, please ensure that you regularly review your dashboard and cancel any old shipments within 30 days.
