Cancelling Shipments
How do I cancel a shipment?
You can now cancel a shipment booked by mistake without needing to contact support. Here is how to do it:
Navigate to the shipment on your dashboard
Click "details"
Click the red "Cancel Shipment" at the top of the page
Confirm that you would like to "Cancel Shipment" on the pop up.
If the "Cancel Shipment" button is not available, please navigate back to the dashboard, refresh your browser and follow the steps above again.

Please note:
Cancelling a shipment cannot be undone. If you cancel a shipment by mistake you will need to rebook that shipment.
Shipments can only be cancelled if in a “pre-transit” state i.e. if they have not been handed to the courier yet.
Shipments older than 30 days cannot be cancelled, please ensure that you regularly review your dashboard and cancel any old shipments within 30 days.
