Fulfilling Orders on Shopify with TUNL


This guide explains how to fulfill orders on Shopify when shipping with TUNL. The process differs slightly for FedEx/UPS shipments and TUNL Economy shipments.


🚚 Express Shipments (FedEx/UPS)


For shipments booked with FedEx or UPS through TUNL, follow these steps:


  1. Book the Shipment on TUNL
  • Log in to your TUNL dashboard.
  • Create and confirm the shipment for the order.
  • Once booked, locate the Tracking Information section in TUNL.


  1. Find the Order in Shopify
  • In your Shopify dashboard, go to Orders.
  • Click on the order you need to fulfill.


  1. Click "Fulfill Items"
  • In the order details, select Fulfill Items.


  1. Enter the Tracking Number
  • Copy the FedEx/UPS tracking number from TUNL.
  • Paste it into the Tracking Number field in Shopify.
  • Select the correct carrier (FedEx or UPS).



  1. Mark as Fulfilled
  • Click Fulfill Items to complete the process.
  • Shopify will notify the customer and update the order status.


📦 TUNL Economy Shipments (Different Process)


TUNL Economy shipments require a different process as they have their own tracking page.


  1. Book the Shipment on TUNL
  • Log in to your TUNL dashboard.
  • Create and confirm the Economy shipment for the order.
  • Once booked, locate the Tracking Information section in TUNL.

  1. Find the Order in Shopify
  • Navigate to Orders in Shopify and select the relevant order.


  1. Click "Fulfill Items"
  • Open the fulfillment panel.


  1. Enter the TUNL Tracking URL
  • Instead of a FedEx/UPS number, enter the TUNL Economy tracking URL from your TUNL dashboard.
  • Use OTHER as the carrier.
  • Paste the TUNL Tracking URL into the field



  1. Mark as Fulfilled
  • Click Fulfill Items to confirm the shipment.
  • The customer will receive the TUNL tracking link.


✅ Additional Notes

  • Always double-check that the correct tracking details are entered before marking the order as fulfilled.
  • Customers will receive automatic email notifications from Shopify once fulfillment is complete.
