6οΈβ£ Step 6: Book your shipment on the TUNL Booking Platform
Log into your TUNL dashboard, select the order, and book your shipment with your preferred service.
π‘ Pro tip: You can purchase shipment insurance directly in-app for extra peace of mind.
π‘You also have the option to pay duties and taxes upfront (DDP) to help your customer avoid surprises or delays at delivery.
7οΈβ£ Step 7: Print and attach your label & invoice
Pay for your shipment online after booking, you will then have access to download the shipping label and commercial invoice, and attach them securely to your parcel.
8οΈβ£ Step 8: Hand over your parcel
- For Express shipments, our carrier partners (FedEx or UPS) will collect at the time you selected, from the address you provided when booking.
- For TUNL Economy shipments to the USA, send your parcel to the TUNL warehouse using Uber, Door-to-door Courier, PUDO or come and visit the team yourself to drop it off
