What are your delivery times?

For our TUNL Economy service to the USA via UPS Ground:

The estimated time of arrival is 10-14 days from when we receive your parcel at our warehouse in Paarden Eiland.

Please note that this does not include the time from when you book your parcel until it is received by TUNL

Therefore, we advise using the following description for your customers: “TUNL Economy shipping, 10 to 20 days with UPS Ground”

Global Express Shipping via Fedex or UPS:

Our Express service ships everywhere that FedEx and UPS ships globally
The estimated delivery time is 4-6 days from when Fedex or UPS collects from your address.

Please note: Outlying pickup and/or delivery areas may incur additional charges and extended delivery times.
