TUNL Shipping Destinations: Supported Countries and Regions

This article provides an overview of the countries and regions TUNL supports for shipping. It outlines the key destinations covered, any specific restrictions, and what merchants need to consider when shipping internationally.

Where do you ship to?

Please note that we do not support shipping to PO Boxes.

If your customer places an order with a PO Box address, please ask them for the address of their work, a neighbor, or a friend if they are unable to provide an alternative delivery address.

We ship globally with our TUNL Express service

Affordable worldwide express delivery is now possible for all South African merchants using FedEx and UPS through TUNL. Our partners at FedEx and UPS will collect from your location and deliver to your customer's door.

Our Economy service only ships to the United States, for now

For the Economy service, we only ship to the contiguous US states, that is all US states excluding:

Alaska - AK
Hawaii - HI
American Samoa - AS
Guam - GU
Northern Mariana Islands (US) - MP
Puerto Rico - PR

US Virgin Islands - VI

Please select an express service for any shipments going to one of these states.
