Find your destination, then look for the ✅ to see how you can ship:
* **DDP only:** you can only ship DDP
* **DAP only:** DDP is not available, so your customer pays the duties and taxes on delivery
* **DDP and DAP:** you can choose either
*

| 💡 Tip: For DAP only destinations, let your customer know before they order that duties and taxes will be collected on delivery. It avoids surprises and refused parcels.

## 4. How do I ship DDP or DAP? 📦

You choose how duties and taxes are paid each time you book a shipment.

**To ship DDP (you pay the duties and taxes):**
1. Create your shipment as usual and continue to the **Checkout** step
2. Under **Duties, Fees and Taxes**, select **Bill my account (DDP)**
3. Complete your booking

**To ship DAP (your customer pays on delivery):**
1. Create your shipment as usual and continue to the **Checkout** step
2. Under **Duties, Fees and Taxes**, select the option for your customer to pay duties and taxes on delivery
3. Complete your booking

| 💡 Tip: If you've set your merchant profile to always ship DDP, you can still switch an individual shipment to DAP at checkout. This is useful for DAP-only destinations. The table above shows which destinations only accept DAP.
