With our Order & Fulfilment Automation feature, you can sync international orders, pre-fill shipment details, and mark orders as fulfilled in Shopify — all in just a few clicks.
🔄 What It Does
When you install the TUNL Shopify App, we’ll:
✅ Pull in all unfulfilled international orders
✅ Pre-fill the book shipment form using your Shopify order data
✅ Let you buy shipping labels directly from TUNL
✅ Automatically send tracking info back to Shopify
✅ Mark the order as fulfilled and notify your customer — no extra clicks required

🛠️ How to Get Started
Install the TUNL Shopify App
To get started, install the app here:
👉 Install the TUNL Shopify App
Once installed, your Shopify store will be connected to your TUNL account.
📦 How to Use It
1. View Your Unfulfilled Orders
Head to the Orders section in TUNL.
You’ll see all your unfulfilled international Shopify orders listed.
2. Book a Shipment
Click Book Shipment next to the order you want to ship.
We’ll automatically pull in:
- Recipient details
- Customs items (product names, HS codes, declared values, weights)
- Customs info — editable if needed
You just need to: - Add parcel dimensions and weight
- Select your shipping service and options
- Note: Shipping details selected by the customer at checkout (description + price) are displayed beneath the list of services. This helps you decide which carrier service to use and whether to include duties and taxes.
- Click BUY LABEL(S) to generate your shipping label
3. Fulfil the Order in Shopify (in one click)
Once your shipment is booked, you’ll see a Sales Channels section at the top of the shipment page.
Click Fulfill Order and we’ll:
- Add the tracking number and URL to the order in Shopify
- Mark the order as fulfilled
- Send a tracking email to your customer via Shopify
💡 If You Don’t Fulfil Immediately
No worries. The order will stay in your TUNL Orders list.
Instead of Book Shipment, you’ll now see a View Shipment button — so you can jump straight to the shipment and fulfil it when ready.
