Pick-ups. How do I re-book a pickup?
This article explains the process of re-booking a missed carrier shipment pickup. It provides step-by-step instructions to guide merchants through rescheduling their pickup, ensuring timely and hassle-free shipping.
For Express (Worldwide via FedEx International Priority or UPS Export Saver)
Once booked, UPS or FedEx will collect your parcel. You can choose your preferred pick-up time when booking your shipment.
Please note: some areas might incur an outlying pick-up fee with these carriers. Additionally, outlying area pick-ups may take up to 5 days to complete. To avoid the pick-up fee and delays, you can book the shipment using TUNL’s “from address”, and then send your parcel to us. Please get in touch if you need some assistance with this.
Currently Economy is a 'drop off' only service. You can either courier your parcel to us or come and drop it off at our warehouse in Cape Town. Here is more information on Economy drop-offs: Package Drop-Off
Option 1: Rebook Pickup
Log on and click the VIEW button on the shipment you would like to reschedule a pickup for.

Click the Schedule or*** Reschedule pickup button.

Choose a timeslot

Please reach out to us via email at support@tunl.to. Please have your shipment’s tracking number and collection reference number ready so that we assist you efficiently.
Please ask your UPS or FedEx driver for their direct number when they collect for the first time. It is the most efficient way to reach out to these drivers individually.
