Shopify Basic guide on updating TUNL rates:

Please note that this guide is for Shopify Basic users. Any users on a plan higher with our live rates, prices will automatically adjust from our live rates app.

16 January 2025: We’ve renegotiated even better discounts with UPS. As a result: UPS rates are now 30-50% cheaper depending on the shipment chargeable weight and destination.

6 January 2025: Both UPS and FedEx have applied their 2025 pricing updates, effective 6 January 2025.

1 October 2024: There will be a small increase (average of 10%) to our TUNL Economy shipping rates to the US, starting 1 October 2024. This is our first increase since we began (almost 3 years!).

Below is a step-by-step guide on updating your TUNL rates if you are on the Shopify Basic plan.

Step 1: Login to your store

Step 2: Navigate to Settings > Shipping and delivery > App shipping profile > Open the Toolify shipping rate manager profile > Scroll all the way to the bottom > Click delete profile > Confirm delete
